All items are bought in "as is" condition.

All items must be paid auction for day.  No exceptions.

You are responsible for any items you purchase.  Wilson Auction Company is not responsible for any damage to any item after you purchase it, assisting in loading or otherwise.

We are not responsible for any accidents.

10% Buyer's Premium.

Forms of Payment:  Cash, Check or Major Credit Cards (Excluding Amex).  An additional 3% Convenience Fee, if payment made with credit card.

All items must be removed in a timely manner.  Items should be removed auction day, unless other arrangements have been made.

Paid receipt and bidder number will be checked when you leave with merchandise.

Firearms Purchaser must have a valid Virginia Driver's License.  Buyer purchasing Long guns must be 18 years or older.  Buyer purchasing hand guns must be 21 years or older.

Out of State buyers must have an FFL or must make arrangements for firearm to be shipped to an FFL.  Arrangements must be made prior to bidding!

Any firearm purchased will be sold to the registered bidder only!  (Paperwork must be filled out by registered bidder!!! - NO EXCEPTIONS!

We recommend that you have your firearm checked by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing!

Auctioneer's Opening remarks take precedence over any previous stated terms and conditions.
